Nice to meet you!My name is Vivy, I'm a digital illustrator, storyboard artist and content creator who likes to try different forms of art and styles in order to express and unleash my thoughts, creativity and so on.
I like drawing melancholic girls, the sky and environment. Cosmic, post-apocalyptic and nature-related themes are my favourite![Does the color of the sky means anything special to you?]

a. Basic Information
♢ I reserve the right to decline any commission requests. I reserve the right to stream the process of the commission unless explicitly requested not to by the client. I
reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission under special circumstances. I reserve the right to ask for the intended usage of the commission.
♢ The credits and claims are not allowed to be considered yours regarding my own art.
♢ Commissioned work is only for personal use. For commercial use, please discuss this with me.
♢ Reproduction and Re-distribution are not allowed. (Using artwork for sale by making prints or merchandise ex.)
♢ I reserve the right to the final artwork (Using the finished piece in my portfolio or on my website and social media.)b. Duration
♢ Expected waiting time per artwork: (Subject to changes based on availability given by artist)
A working period between 7 days to 1 month depending on the complexity
WIP will be updated to the commissioner in each process stage.

c. Refund Policy
♢ Cancellation can be done if your commission has not been started.d. Revisions
♢ In the first sketch, you will be given a total of 5 revision requests.
♢ Subsequent WIP, only minor revisions are allowed if the fault lies on the artist herself.
♢ A fee will be incurred depending on any major revisions. Up to the artist's discretion.f. Payment
♢ Via Paypal. All prices in USD
♢ Full payment is required upfront through invoice before the start of the commission.

♢ Commission Details: Detailed explanations of your requested character, pose, emotions etc (Do provide references images)Please send a commission request via Twitter DMs or Discord DMs.

COMMERCIAL USAGE AND FEES:♢ Commercial fee will be 150% of the commission price. This is non-negotiable.
♢ To simplify, commercial usage refers to, but is not limited to, printing out the completed commission as merchandise to sell for profit, use as paid emotes for any sort of streaming work regardless of the amount said streamer makes, discord emotes that are behind any sort of paywall.
♢ I will not charge a commercial fee for using the completed commission on streams or posting on twitter.
♢ I reserve the right to change what I deem to incur a commercial fee, as well as the fee amount should it be necessary.
♢ I reserve the right to ask for the intended usage of the commission.
♢ I reserve the right to blacklist and/or cancel and not refund the commission if progress has been made should it be discovered that the client has supplied false information for the purpose of not paying a commercial fee.
